Is it possible to be a grappler and train injury free? By some reactions that I’ve received in the past, many tend to think that grappling “injury-free” is very possible. How To Enhance Your Self Esteem

Our overall performance is based on how we perceive ourselves. If we have low self-esteem, it often hinders us from succeeding in life. We may achieve some of our tasks, but often we fail to set goals that back plans to our success.

Our success, performance to handle daily tasks, and making good decisions depend on our attitude. If we are tired, stressed, worried, in pain or any other negative feelings, our daily performance and long term as well will not be that great.

Are You A Quitter?

Ok, here’s the question for you this week: do you consider yourself a quitter? When faced with challenges, do you find it easier to fight thru them or sneak out the back door? Not sure, well let me give you a few scenarios and you tell me what you would’ve done.

Scenario #1: Grappler A’s (GA) has been training for all of 2 months and goes out of town and decides to visit another academy. The instructor puts GA with a senior level guy that’s already had a few pro-MMA matches and he hyper-extends GA’s elbow with an armbar so fast there was no time for GA to tap, just scream. As GA sat on the sideline icing his hurt elbow, he questioned why he ever wanted to do that stuff.

It is connected to many different categories such as health, wealth, happiness, relationships, self esteem, abundance, and the list goes on.
