Now Is The Time To Buy Real Estate

Check out the real estate market right now. It has the power to make a house seller weep. I’m totally serious! If your home is currently up on the market, then my guess is you’re sweating it out, praying for a sale. What really stinks is the fact that we must price our homes low at this point if we actually expect them to sell. OUCH! Appreciation is in the toilet. Generally homes in decent areas appreciate with each year that passes. However, the past two years have been rough. We’ve only seen about a year’s appreciation in my neck of the woods. That’s half! This has to do with the poor interest rates and the obvious fact that there is a deluge of house listings at this moment. Competition is fierce.

3. Don’t be so quick to sale your home through a Realtor or short sell through an investor if you want to stay in your home. Your lender will work with you if you qualify for a workout plan.
